Obtained Certified Automation Engineer (CAE) and Honeywell DCS from Technocrat Automation Pvt Limited (IAO Accredited), Chennai. With 4 months hands on practical experience in Industrial Automation Tools specializing in PLC, DCS, SCADA and VFD.

Having knowledge on different types of equipments used for testing in solar field both in manufacturing and on-site.

Making mini circuits.

Knowledge in Panel wiring.

Description:

This project is also done for obtaining the certification of modules by which the manufactured products can be sold in and around India .Even subsidy can be obtained by the customers through government.

3. Additional to this various major projects are handled which are listed below:

Kerala Electricity Board Corporation – 22 Kw

In Polachi and Coimbatore – 20 Kw

D.V.A School velachery – 10 Kw

In all the above projects polycrystalline solar modules are manufactured and supplied to the customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinating in Preparation & Maintenance of all the documents pertaining to Quality Department such as

1.QMS (Quality Management System-4 levels of documents)

2.QAP (Quality Assurance plan), Safety manual, Installation manual etc.

3.Standardized inspection and test procedures for all incoming materials.

4.Analysis of non-conformance as noticed in-house and at customer end which is received as Customer Complaint / Returns.

Carry out Internal Audit as scheduled in the Quality Plan.

Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for closure of Non-conformance and NCR.

Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of Final Product.

Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the Factory and ensures activities during manufacturing are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Participate in the improvement of the manufacturing process for existing products. Review and approve work instructions, inspection documents, Bills of Material and drawings.

Tests are performed in the laboratory to ensure conformity and Quality of the Material.

Reviewing the existing standard documentation for the Operations and propose any improvements deemed necessary.
