Managed all logistic functions for Lifestyle Products. This included Outgoing and Incoming shipments, Budget Management, Inventory Control, Manpower Scheduling, etc. Inventory consisted of over 1000 items. Inventory accuracy was 95%+. This was an improvement of 15% over previous inventory accuracy. Through scheduling of manpower needs we reduced late shipments from two per week to zero late shipments over 12 months. Set up preventive maintenance for the warehouse equipment which reduced downtime by 20%. Reorganized and increased the capacity of the warehouse by 100%.
