Associate Consultant – North America Employee Referral Program:

Tracking entire NA Employee Referral Data and managing Employee Referral Database.

Campus Hiring:

Tracking new colleges, analyzing, selecting, coordinating the campus drive including written test, GD and PI, arranging for interview panels, final shortlisting and intimating students of the same. Responsible for an end to end campus hiring procedure.

Training and development:

Training need analysis, organizing training, necessary financial responsibilities closure, preparing training reports, collecting feedbacks from trainers and trainees, analyzing training effectiveness for both internal and external training programs.

Talent Management

Pre-joining and joining formalities of new joiners, induction program coordination, providing induction, introduction and implementation of buddy system, new joinees feedback.

HR Operation:

Leave and attendance management. Monthly leave and attendance management in the HRIS software (HR Mantra) to get the final report for monthly salary closure.

Implementation and synchronization of HR Mantra (HRIS software) into the system. Coordination of the same with the parties.

Client interaction and client’s feedback collection and maintenance.

Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action.

Prepares MIS reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Various employee engagement programs like Reward and recognitions, Annual Day, celebrations on various other occasions. Introducing Buddy system and its implementation.
