Presently on deputation (since jan,09) to One of the most prestigious project of our company, at chandighar-jalandhar byepass,city-phagwara, punjab, to accelerate and maintain desired Quality Standards of Architectural finishing work in Information & technology park .

JOB PROFILE:

a) Coordination with Consultants- Structural, MEP and In house Design Team for Execution of work with in given time frame and cost.

b) Responsible for management of working schedules, mitigation and acceleration schedules, monthly & weekly reports, claim schedules, progress analysis using key project indicators etc.

c) Interpreting contractual (Item Rate and Lump Sum) obligations & rights as well as evaluating Technical / Financial problems for Management reporting.

d) Raising of RFI’s associated with GFC drawings before hand, for smooth progress of construction work at site.

e) Coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients as well as preparing tender documents/specifications & finalization of requirements, estimates & BOQ.

f) Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output

g) Preparation of Monthly and weekly MIS report to top Management for performance reporting.

h) Conducting review meetings and alarmed the functional head managers about the delays, cost overruns and scope changes

i) Liasoning with Government official i.e. PUDA, PSEB and local municipal authority for approvals.

j) Acting as interface between the Company and the Contractor
