Contributed to design of new customer-owned 3PL warehouse managed by Celadon. Moved 6500 pallets to new site in December 2014, with minimal losses.

Improved order management by developing program that translated EDI language into a usable format that automatically created orders in the system.

Expertly managed growth in suppliers from 5 to 90 led effort to decrease extensive errors while boosting delivery performance and without adding staff, which saved $200K.
