JUSTIN BROWN
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
I have project experience involving process improvements & scrap/cost reduction. I have recently earned a Master’s degree in Project Management and intend on also obtaining a PMP certification. My project achievements include a 45% reduction in core scrap (PCC Airfoils) and the creation of a formalized training process for incoming temporary employees (GOJO). I am currently involved in two projects; one to create a formalized process for handling component issues found on the production lines & the other to consolidate multiple films into one or two films thereby reducing change over times and lowering inventory costs.
