Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data.

JUN 02 – MAR 08 Federal Mogul Quality Manager

Manufacture of Seals, Gaskets and Modules for Engine and Transmission

Develops and implements overall plant program of testing and inspection procedures, within Corporate and Group guidelines, to assure that all products meet requirements.

Supervises and directs the activities of the Quality Control Department, including establishing and operating within department budget, and reports Quality costs.

Reviews customer complaints, approves necessary corrective action, and provides appropriate follow-up. Contacts customers as required.

Implements procedures for inspection of incoming raw materials and components and reviews quality problems with vendors.
