removal and discarding of scrap, documentary and reportorial prerequisites processes.
- Received and check the shipping documents, certificates of analysis, conformances, test
report and the external physical condition of the delivered materials.
- Handle and coordinate any delivery discrepancy, loss, damage or incident.
- Organize the storage of the materials and shall carry out the classification, marking,
numbering, stamping, weighing, tagging, and recording.
- Monitor the storage requirement of the materials in conformity with the requirement
under the dust control, environment, material safety data sheet or the supplier handling
storage specification.
- Regulate and control the issuance, withdrawal, return and endorse materials.
- Conduct and handle the disposal of scrap, materials discarded by request and used or
waste chemicals.
- Regularly update the warehouse database and make report to the management on the
status of the materials.
- Conduct regular inventory of the materials and shall take record of the actual quantity
and physical condition of the materials and report the status and result of the inventory.
- Keep and maintain record of the process and operation.
i) Handles the management of the companys fixed asset by registry, transfer, disposal and inventory.
j) Handles the material transport of the company
- Administer and monitor the material transport support processes needed to
achieve conformity to product requirement.
- Act as the coordinator with PEZA and BOC relative to the conveyance of
products and materials
- Insure applicable statutory and regulatory requirements on the prescribe PEZA
and BOC LOA, form, invoice, packing list, delivery receipt, ledger and other documentary
requirements and fees are strictly complied.
- Ensure safe movement of the materials with appropriate insurance coverages
k) Administer the import and export process. Generally, incoming and outgoing deliveries are
subjected to the applicable Rules and Regulation to Implement Republic Act No. 7916 or
otherwise known as The Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, Bureau of Customs, Internal
Revenue laws, rules and regulation and other relevant applicable requirements as may hereinafter
be enacted and implemented by law.
- Ensure that incoming and outgoing deliveries of every description brought to the
restricted areas of the ecozone shall be with the approval of PEZA in a prescribed form.
- Secure letter of authority and permit with PEZA for the incoming and outgoing
deliveries in accordance with its documentation and security procedures.
- Submit the necessary shipping, commercial, ledger and other pertinent documents
relative to the importation, exportation or entry into the customs territory of the said goods.
- Coordinate with the companys accredited freight service provider for the electronic
filing registration with PEZA.
- Coordinate with PEZA in the conduct of inventory on all materials, machineries,
equipment and other assets.
- Coordinate with BOC for the assessment and payment of appropriate fees.
- Insure incoming deliveries and outgoing deliveries are covered with an appropriate
insurance coverage.
- Keep and maintain records for the process and operation.
- Attend to issues relative to the importation, exportation or entry into the customs
territory of the said goods with PEZA and BOC.
l) Handles the ISO requirement of the company

- Act as the ISO Deputy Quality Management Representative who shall be
reporting directly to the companys president.
- Regulate and control the activities relevant or significant to the control and
management of all internal and external documents, general documents generated, issued and
