Company: FINETOOLS MANUFACTURING ( Family Business)

Position: Proprietor / Manager/ ( March 7, 1998 to Present -15 years)

Responsible for the entire plant operation 30-40 persons by organizing effective method on production floor in attaining set goal with the collaboration with other departments in attaining success and less downtime.

Initiate Mold Design and product concept and Generates 2D and 3D models to create possible End Product for Engineering parts, Industrial products, Home care items, packaging for bottle and closures, Cosmetic, Medical, semiconductor, car parts including the design for Jigs and Fixtures for customer’s presentation purposes for their review and approval.

1.Create mold and product design and concept and Generates 2D and 3D drawings needed by Design Review committee for comments to assure mold workability.

2.Create details drawing of Piece Parts ( Third Angle Projection) including Notes, Sections details, Surface Finish, Heat Treatment, applying Limits and Fits and Geometrical Tolerances.

3.Create CAD/CAM program using CAD/CAM Software for Tool Path profile and 3D Surface for CNC machining purposes.

4.Coordinate with mold shop personnel re manufacturing approach and machining process to establish machining references and size of cutting tools needed including surface finish.

5.Coordinate with quality control to assure machined parts dimensions conforming base on the approved technical drawing.

6. Assist mold and machine setting in establishing working parameters in coming up of first off sample until the mold is fully finished and certified passed for production use.

7.Prepared final hard and soft copy of mold design ( As Built) for future reference.

Responsible for the entire plant operation with 120-150 persons by organizing effective method on production floor attaining set goal with the collaboration with other departments in assuring success and less downtime meeting Just in Time Delivery

Initiate mold and equipment costing and design proposal for budgeting purposes
