Interviews & Recruitment Process:

Manpower planning and recruitment for all levels and functions in the organization, managing the complete recruitment life cycle. Identifying manpower requirements. Understanding the complete job descriptions and job specifications for various roles being received from the HOD’s, Processing & compiling the approved manpower requisition, by screening and lining up suitable candidates for interview in coordination with HOD’s by Various Recruiting Techniques. Induction Process:

Performance Appraisal:
