Project overview:
Created and implemented a sustainable communication plan for 48 stores to prepare them for the adoption of the OMNI Channel Fulfillment project, as well as delivered communications on the project companywide
Researched and implemented a new process to eliminate the shipping of trash from non-bargain cave stores to the returns center for processing, with an estimated savings of $32,000/year over 6 stores (Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Project)
Implemented a POS discount pricing program for corporate customers to use in retail stores much like our Outfitter discount program to drive corporate sales to our retail stores, with an estimated increase of 20% in corporate sales
Researched and advised on how we can make improvements to our stores for customers and employees with different needs, and implemented where possible
Rolled out to stores a new process of ordering supplies for the Archery Tech rooms, resulting in lower costs, uniform stock, and better customer service
