Imports

Responsible for working on ERP package in customs for filing Bill of Entries and Export shipping bill.

Looking after day to day updates from customs from which companies new shipment have they received and giving proper updates to the related companies in regards to their arrival of goods.

Responsible for clearing the shipment. Tracking bond validation. Handling pre- shipment and post shipment documents. Looking after registering licenses, Non utilization certificate and confirming certificate of License.

Dealing with clearance under various licenses: Duty Entitlement Pass Book Scheme (DEPB) Duty Enrolment Entitled Certificate (DEEC), Export promotional Capital Goods (EPCG).Processing the document in customs and clarifying the doubts with the Appraisal (Customs Officer) against the shipment.

Exports

Clearing under various schemes: Duty free, Dutiable (Cess Paid), DEPB, Advance license. Looking after EDI processing of shipping bills and clearing under Bond.

Generating Export Promotion Copies.

Liable for completing the customs formalities after the shipment is loaded.

Submitting the document to the exporter at the Earliest. Issuing the Bill of Lading from shipping line as per draft given by the exporter.

Stuffing of container at CFS Verna or at factory & preparing the necessary document for the same.

Sales and Marketing

Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing and executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.

Motivating and guiding associates / sub-ordinates to strive for delivering superlative performance, thereby attaining corporate sales and revenue targets, within allocated funds and time limits.
