Discharging Duties :

Export/Import /Purchase

Import : Tracing of import containers, import documentations, customs duty clearance Coordination with customs, CHA. Shipping lines, Logistic, Labour contractor.

Export – To maintain quality for export. Planning export containers as per orders, loading of containers, SGS inspection if required, coordination with shipping line/agent.

Liaison with CHA/customs/ports/banks, Govt department viz. PF, Labour Commissioner Officer/Factory Inspector and Employment exchange etc..

To comply with all statutory requirement.

Import/ Purchase of engineering items/clothing – cutting machines, forklift, conveyor belts, blades, pressing machines, packing material, parts of machinery, etc. tracking of containers etc.

Administration that include security, transportation, accommodation, plant & machineries, forklifts, weighing scale, etc.

Personnel – supervise Time keeping- recruitment, relieving, settlement

Welfare : Arranging tour, visit, etc. to maintain harmonious relations in plant and build strong rapport with community. Arranging function also.

To train supervisors and skilled labours for quality control and production.

To maintain attendance/ leave record of staff.

DTA Marketing for bye products :

Indents/orders- coordination with marketing office.

Clearance of Import Bill of Entries for DTA sales invoices in advance.

Inspection by customs official/approval for dispatch- coordination with transporters.

Maintain of sale register, stock register, inventory, on regular basis. Periodical cross checking Periodical Accounting report submit to H.O.

Periodical production meeting & quality control .

Cost Reduction : To supervise cost reduction wherever possible / to take corrective steps to reduce cost of production / improve profitability of plant.

M.I.S. & Communication :

– To prepare periodical data-report/information and submit to management for Review and corrective/improvement actions.

To handle all communication with Suppliers/Buyers/H.O./Branches/ Bank /Labour/PF authority/

Customs, Government institutions/ Departments for compliance with statutory requirements.

Total management control/supervision in positive way.
