Kishbaugh Associates International 1990 – 1993

VICE PRESIDENT

Herb Kishbaugh recruited me to this boutique executive search firm that spun off Haley Associates a premier boutique executive search firm. I was responsible for new client development targeting multinational, or high technology Venture Capital backed high technology companies. In addition to overall business development management, responsibilities included execution of senior level executive search for multinational brands, telecommunications, and manufacturing clients.

The Bradley Real Estate Trust - Boston, MA 1985– 1989

VICE PRESIDENT – FINANCE & TREASURER

Recruited to spearhead the financial and investing activities for this REIT traded over NASDAQ symbol BRET acquired by LaSalle Partners, Chicago, IL. Responsible for management of finance team so as to generate financial statements, reports including; SEC compliance 10K 10Q 8-k. Generated annual reports, capital and operating budgets. Responsible for cash flow management, quarterly dividend payments to ensure REIT tax exempt rules were achieved, compliance with tax returns, federal and state. I managed third party relationships including outside law firm, bank relationships, audit firm and investment banking relations and all investor/shareholder relationships.
