Held position normally filled by a Petty Officer First class while serving as Yeoman Second Class (YN2/E-5) in the United States Navy. Reported directly to the Executive Officer. Served as manager of administrative and personnel management functions. Utilized in-depth knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of personnel management and the ability to integrate management services with overall administrative management of the Command.
