Quality Control & Assurance:

Approving of Field Quality Plans (FQP), Standard operating procedure(SOP)

Inspection based on Standards and Inspection at work shops of vendors for panel and transformer

Supervising Substation works involving erection, testing and commissioning of Power Transformers, CT, PT, Isolators, VCB, ACB HT/LT panels up to 400kV rating. Coordinating with Subcontractors and clients. Supervising Experience in HT and LT cable laying To plan & attend monthly Internal Audit meeting with client & contractors.

Review and ensure that all work undertaken by Contractor/Sub- Contractors/Vendors/Manufacturers/Service providers is in accordance with project specifications, and Contract QA/QC requirements. Witnesses Factory/Site Acceptance Tests, as required, and ensure that tests and inspection of works are carried out as stated in the specifications and endorse the relevant test certificates.

Conduct visits to site to check work-in-progress is in compliance with Project quality requirements. Raise necessary NC’s/Corrective Action Requests and follow-up on the effective and timely closure of findings

Documentation of reports & protocols

Conducting and evaluating service quality ratings / feedback to determine the loophole & implementing the same to get better results.

Maintaining the documentation as per ISO & Enercon Gmbh QA standard,

Adhering to the safety rules and regulation and suggesting the effective cost management & efficiency improvement measures for wind Power plant.

To ensure procedure, system & implementation for all site activities based on specification & execution drawings

Commissioning of wind mill generator, and Rotor

Preparing commissioning schedules in coordination with equipment supplier, erection agency, testing and commissioning team to match with the project completion plan

Conducting de-commissioning activities of Wind Mills during service phase
