Personal Summary: A newly graduate from the college with a diploma and an experienced CAD/CAM Technician able to produce detailed drawings and material schedules which are clear, accurate and cost effective. Possessing a proven ability to produce work that minimizes scrap and re-work and also meets the requirements of the specification and which can be constructed and commissioned safely and effectively. Using CAD systems to generate new drawings, modify existing designs, and provide electrical specifications and to be generally involved in projects throughout the whole production process. Responsibilities:

Generating new product designs and modifying existing designs for customers.

Report problems and deficiencies in the design and brief to an appropriate person.

Itemizing all components and materials for all jobs in production.

Provide technical advice and assistance to the production team.

Oversee the upkeep, maintenance and repairs for the Valley campus until the time that property sells. Includes maintaining contact with current tenants, addressing any concerns and repairs that may arise, and ensuring that property is well maintained in preparation for a potential sale.

Coordinate the maintenance of the plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems including minor repairs and coordination of volunteers or outside vendors for needed repairs and replacements. When necessary, contact applicable outside vendors to facilitate repairs, ensuring competitive and fair pricing.

Organize and retain maintenance records for the building, contacts of outside vendors/volunteers, and annual/seasonal maintenance checklists.

Implement a team approach to ministry – engaging and utilizing church volunteers to facilitate needed improvements or ongoing maintenance (i.e. scheduled work days, small group serving opportunities, etc.)

Ensure the facility and grounds are clean, attractive, uncluttered, and well maintained, inside and out.

In conjunction with the Property Team, ensure that grounds are maintained, performing basic functions such as cutting grass, care of flowerbeds, weeding, etc.

Ensure compliance and implementation of Building and Usage policy and ensure that ministry needs and priorities guide the ongoing scheduling of custodial staff.

Develop and implement policies to ensure the safety of those using our facilities and overall security
