SKILLS:

PROGRAMMING: Fanuc controls able to program, edit, read and understand. (G-code) Sinumerik (Siemens) controls able to program, edit, read and understand utilizing macros. Conversational able to program and understand how to program. (Tarus, Hurco) Expansive knowledge of speeds and feeds.

AEROSPACE: Able to understand and conform to customers and company process

standards, holding tolerances to within plus or minus five tenths sometimes less. Machined

titanium, inconel and stainless among other alloys utilizing various CNC 4 & 5 axis milling

machines. Making Jet engine components for G.E and Rolls Royce among other customers.

NUCLEAR: Program, setup vertical and horizontal lathes, mills and gun drills. Made nuclear waste storage and transportation containers. Comprehension of cross contamination

of materials.

MANUAL: Started out as a tool & die maker “B", and eventually became a tool & die maker "A". Being able to run, operate, and setup on lathes, milling, honing machines and surface grinders to make extruding dies and tooling. Also to repair cold form heading and thread rolling machines to support the automotive industry.

SAMPLE PARTS: Extensive knowledge and understanding of blueprints. Analytical with excellent mathematical and problem solving skills. Able to envision a finished part and operations needed to be performed.

WELDING: Main job was for the city of Pittsburgh’s west end overlook. Was third in

command over project and welded (MIG, Stick) all railing, trellises that were featured in

Fabricator magazine. (November/December 2003 issue) Fabricated commercial and residential railings to blueprints. Custom made ornamental accents.
