Managed and coached a team of 3 Business Analysts with the creation of a MS Access Return Centre Capacity Visibility Tool. The tool provided visibility to forecasted weekly reverse flow volumes being returned from corporate stores (approx. 300,000 cube returned annually), allowing the 3PL Return Center to more efficiently plan their weekly/monthly resource requirements.
Investigated and analysed current state Reverse Flow systems and processes. Documented the findings in Visio process flow diagrams, identifying a reconciliation point to validate physical returns against store return claims, reducing the estimated financial shortfall of over $1 million. Managed a team of 4 BA’s during the completion of the analysis and design phases for the implementation of a Manhattan warehouse management system for two 180,000 sq. ft. Mark’s distribution centres in Brampton and Calgary.

Managed a team of 6 BA’s during the completion of a $1.5 million project to implement a Manhattan WMOS warehouse management system for the auto parts business within the Quebec distribution centre, resulting in previously unavailable inventory visibility and a store order fill rate of of 99.5%. o Created a presentation outlining the system/process design for each functional area o Facilitated and presented a two-day Design Review session to 3PL senior management team o Cross trained 8 Designated Trainers on End User training presentations and scenarios o Managed the execution of System Test, Integration Test and User Acceptance Testing o Led Live Drop Test, Go Live Implementation and post implementation support
