Project Application Administration Communication Tool (AACT).

Description:
AACT is lotus notes based tool used to maintain the access for all applications of IB division of JPMC. It has workflow management, Request Management, Transfer handling, Leaver handling, current access rights module. It automates the leaver process for all the inactive employees of IB and triggers transfers in case of manager or cost center changes. My responsibilities are sustain AACT operations, provide a tactical solution by enhancing AACT to handle the entitlements, and to integrate it with the new Java based tool, to make the AACT to perform SMART DELETE, SMART PROVISIONING in case of leaver and transfer. AACT use the Notrix tool to integrate with Oracle tables.
We worked on Migrating AACT to Java platform. I was involved in providing the inputs for the JAVA team to arrive the estimate, and migrating notes data and attachments to oracle tables, data migration involves more than 100 million of notes documents from several AACT notes archive db’s

JPMC is building an integrated customer data warehouse with a high performance, scalable, extensible, and providing a 360 view of customer, which is critical to support future growth. Currently, JPMC is in the process of sun setting existing CDW applications, and Migrating them to ICDW Integration Layer which is build on a third normal form on IBM’s Reference Data Model BDW. ICDW foundation on Overall architecture, ETL process, Data Architecture & Modeling process is already in place which needs to be extended for the new applications which are planned to be on-boarded. Overall effort is spilt to 8 Waves. There are 13 CDW applications which need to be migrated to ICDW environment as part of second wave called as “Wave 2A”.

Description:
This system is a HR application handling the absence, travel, Over Time, Attendance regularization and Irregular exit/entry requests. Each request has separate nsf and all interconnected through main menu. There is a separate nsf to maintain the approval flow and the users details like, department, emp no, name, leave/OT balances, Office time, weekends. The flow is based on the users department, area and group, that is each group will have its org defined in the approval flow details. The approval flow form will have separate tab to track the final approvers names.
We designed the agent for workflow, this is generic agent and used for all the seven requests with very minimal customization. The system is designed such as the business could maintain the flow without any design changes. We designed all the agents (for mass update of the data – ON DEMAND) in all formula to improve the performance. All the activities in the system are being tracked for audit purpose. The system can handle the OT lapse policy. Security implemented using reader/author fields. Report functionality available for all the requests.

Description:
EPS is an integrated program for former and present GM/UAW employees to apply for new jobs in GM Employee calls in to VRU to apply for desired Cisco(s). The applications are inserted into the Oracle database. Using Lotus Enterprise Integrator, the Domino retrieves application and additional information from the Oracle to Notes. A plant request is created and the user approves and submits requests for a roster. Once rosters are created, job offers are issued and application statues are updated real time in Oracle.
