Duties included but not limited to taking off blue prints on Quest Estimating System, calculate job costs/totals of import/export dirt quantities, water, sewer, and storm drain pipe and other related materials, erosion control (including sediment ponds, baffles, silt fence, etc.), creating proposals, contacting suppliers for material pricing, submitting bids, creating/using shop and office forms with Microsoft Excel and Word, keep up with employees time and paychecks, filing invoices and account reveivables/payables, in charge of daily faxes, emails and mail, dealt with packaging/shipping items, daily parts/errand runner. Assisted in balancing books and paying bills.

Duties included but not limited to design metal art/parts with AutoCAD similar program, operate Plasma Cam Plasma Cutting System, clean, paint, pack and ship metal pieces, market for orders online, create flyers, set up at local festivals, billing and payments and the design and upkeep of website and Facebook business page.

Communication

I am generally a people person, can get along with anyone. I deal with people and their specific individual needs daily and would like to think I have great customer relatiions. I tend to work better when I am soley in charge of a project, a little OCD on the perfection of my work and will not tolerate having my name on something I do not feel 100% confident about. I like to get the job done and done right. I am willing to have patience with someone to help them better understand the task at hand but get a little aggravated with people that have the "I don't care" attitude.
