Adjusting and controlling the adjustable choke to different choke size.

Taking/Checking samples of returns from well and ascertaining the BS & W of such samples.

Pressure testing lotorq valves, elbows, pipes and all equipments connected to the choke manifold.

Greasing all lotorq valves with grease pump.

Regulating distribution of air in the air manifold.

Refilling all compressors with diesel and engine oil.

Monitoring Shutdown Safety Valve (SSV).

Ensure air compressors are in good working condition all through the campaign.

Identify uncertainty, risk, resolve issues and solve problems.

Ensure valves on diverter, pigs are not leaking to avoid pressure drop.

Ensure sprinklers are properly mounted at locations to ensure proper sprinkling.

Monitoring transfer and buster pumps to ensure proper flow of water.

Installation of keller gauges and analogue gauges on Well head and Annulus.

Taking pressure, temperature and gas reading from separator, annulus and well head.

Monitoring leak rate and pressure build up on wells.
