1. Manage vendor contracts – process extensions, amendments, contract end processes. 2. Manage specific pieces of work to meet objectives, ensuring relevant policies and procedures are followed. 3. Recently led a successful commercial assurance (audit) work stream. Coordinated the audit program, held meetings with key vendor contacts, reviewed and collated commercially sensitive documents. 4. Monitor contract compliance, log and escalate issues and provide regular updates to project managers. 5. Robustly check and validate supplier invoices (current project spend per month – in excess of $2m). 6.
