Created many preliminary mechanical design drawings of Light Tunnel System to win new business from Saab. The system is a light reflector of 20 ft x 20 ft x 6 ft with automated eight doors.

Designed many mechanical sheet metal models and drawings for manufacturing and assembly in US and China. These models and drawings include 150Watts LD gantry light fixture, 3.5K Per light fixture, 6.5K light fixture with portable charger for explosion test, 8k light fixture and Paparazzi power supply box, 15K/30K Lab light system fixtures and power supply cart, Mini Hi-G (100G) light system testing fixture and 1.6K Low Profile Lamp Base power supply box.

Utilized Solid Works sheet metal modeling tools in a numerous light fixture project Used Solid Works 1999 for 16 years.

Organized and maintained document control, including ECO. I am also the contact person to deal with vendors (USA and China) on quotes, production and manufacturing.
