Account Representative/Traning Rep
Americold - San Antonio, TX - March 2012 to August 2015 Job Details are that of an account representative, customer service, shipping & receiving and office clerical. Customer service is a big part of this position. Communicating with my customers with their request to ship or receive frozen product for their account. Documentation that has been produced on their behalf. Scanning documents to the customer for further review. Customer will email the release for product to come into their account or to be picked up to ship to their customer. When the release is received I will create a document of the request and pass that along to the freezer docks where the physical product is stored. At this time I assist 30 customer accounts. I have also become a trainer for the site. We transitioned from one system to another with in the last year, also, hiring new employees. I was presented with the task of training a new hire last year due to a representative leaving and the position needed to be filled. After the new hire arrived we were told that we will be leaving the Delfour system for the WMS. I was sent to Oklahoma to train for a week in order to prepare for the transition. As the transition began I was presented with assisting the corporate trainer with the rest of my site.
Internet Customer Service Representative
Ancira Winton Chevrolet - San Antonio, TX - September 2011 to February 2012 As an internet customer representative I would primarily communicate with customers on a live chat system. Customers would submit requests for information for vehicle sales. I would go over the detailed information and assist them with decision making. I would set up an appointment for the customer to come in and see the vehicle and to speak with an Internet Sales Representative that would assist them in the buying process. I would also do follow ups with customer to make sure they had a good experience with their purchase and create a survey for them to send back to me for the company feed back. If a sales reprenative wasn't able to assist the customer I would then step in for the customer with the application process for the auto loan and go on the test drives with them. Assisted customers and sales with furniture purchase. When the office manager wasn't present I would be acting supervisor, Opening and closing out the day with direct supervision of the general manager.
