JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Preparing Master data sheet for Planned Preventive Maintenance/PPM schedule; weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual, its reports related to Instrumentation, Process control, Mechanical, Electrical.

Ensuring safe and efficient performing of plants and Technical Support for the Operations and Instrumentation team.

Reporting periodically to Project Manager and performing proactive notifications actions.

Troubleshooting and Programming the Plant Automation Hardware and software (Allen Bradley RSLOGIX 5000 and micrologix1400, RS view SCADA & DCS, Modicon TSXQuantum from Schneider electric, CITECT SCADA & DCS).

Troubleshooting of redundant Profibus and modbus communication between RTUs and control room.

Maintenance and Scheduled calibration of:
