Using specialized government computer systems and other electronic sources for information, I located uncooperative taxpayers and their assets.

I operated without the supervisor’s direction or control in my day to day contact work. I received training and updates on old and new tax laws and precedents.

I was versed in the Internal Revenue manual, The Internal Revenue Code and IRS collection techniques and enforcement actions, regulations, practices, tax forms, and notices.

I carried out a full range of administrative and technical assistance to taxpayers via correspondence and telephone interviews.
