Senior Advisor Production Engineer, 2012-2015

Engineer/Mentor for Grand Isle 16/18, West Delta 73, and South Pass 89. Advisor for completion and artificial lift designs for horizontal well completions. Optimized production through gas-lift work, re-completions, stimulations, coiled tubing jobs, and return shut-in wells to production. Use nodal and diagnostics to identify well issues. Write up and obtain necessary approvals to perform work.

Managed startup of 27 new well completions (nine horizontals) and one dump flood in WD 73 (water flood field) & GI 16/18 fields. Results: Ave IP rates of 750 BOPD and 1,808 MCFD.

Worked on team to modify processing system, acidizie flow lines, remove bottlenecks, & optimize chemical injection program to reduce back pressure and increase rate in WD 73 field.

Produced uplift of 1,523 BOPD and 2,486 MCFD from 22 gas lift re-designs.

Performed 5 casing repair jobs. Results: Uplift of 271 BOPD & satisfy BSEE requirement.

Optimized production through gas-lift work, re-completions, stimulations, coiled tubing, HWO and rig jobs. Use nodal and diagnostics to identify well issues. Managed onshore rig workover for tubing replacement and zone change in SW disposal well.

Performed HWO re-completion. Results: IP rate of 6.9 MMCFD, 312 BOPD. Cumulative to date of 2.9 BCF and 99 MBO.

Coiled tubing washout/thru-tubing sand control to restore gas well to production at sustained rate of 6.2 MMCFD and 87 BOPD, cumulative to date at 9.7 BCF and 192 MBO.

E-line re-completion with TT gravel pack to restore well to production at 3.0 MMCFD and 30 BOPD with 1.4 BCF and 12 MBO to date.

Pumped six acid stimulations to optimize production in competitive field, resulting in incremental rate of 24.7 MMCFD and 842 BOPD.

HWO work over to clean out high-pressure well (10k+) to restore lease to producing status.

Performed coiled tubing asphaltene washout and recovered fish to restore 668 BOPD and 589 MCFD with production to date of 139 MBO and 133 MMCF.

Various gas lift re-design, producing additional rate of 493 BOPD, 368 MCFD.

Senior Completion/Production Engineer, 3/2006 - 10/2006

Directed engineering for Nippon's GOM operated properties. Optimized production and designed completions for rig work overs and through tubing work.

Designed completions for rig work overs, resulting in combined IP rate of 25 MMCFD.

Coiled tubing wash & TT gravel pack restored lease saving well at rate of at 1.4 MMCFD.
