Engineer/Mentor for Grand Isle 16/18, West Delta 73, and South Pass 89. Advisor for completion and artificial lift designs for horizontal well completions. Optimized production through gas-lift work, re-completions, stimulations, coiled tubing jobs, and return shut-in wells to production. Use nodal and diagnostics to identify well issues. Write up and obtain necessary approvals to perform work.
Managed startup of 27 new well completions (nine horizontals) and one dump flood in WD 73 (water flood field) & GI 16/18 fields. Results: Ave IP rates of 750 BOPD and 1,808 MCFD.
Worked on team to modify processing system, acidizie flow lines, remove bottlenecks, & optimize chemical injection program to reduce back pressure and increase rate in WD 73 field.
Produced uplift of 1,523 BOPD and 2,486 MCFD from 22 gas lift re-designs.
Performed 5 casing repair jobs. Results: Uplift of 271 BOPD & satisfy BSEE requirement.
Saved $900,000 by performing rigless P&As to prepare wells for side tracks.
Managed removal of 14 conductors from platform to install compressor for GL optimization.
Produced uplift of 2,077 BOPD and 1,679 MCFD from thru-tubing re-completions.
