To Review the project technical specifications and scope of work.

To prepare specifications and review vendors’ documents and co-ordinate works between vendors and other discipline engineers within the organization.

Coordinate for preparation of design drawing, review and approval.

Preparation of BOQs and Technical Data for Client.

Preparation of progress reports on monthly and weekly basis.

Testing of MV cables, Breaker and Transformers.

Site supervision of electrical and affiliated civil works in accordance withapproved drawings.

Ups checking, maintenance and operation.

Substation premises checking.

Relay setting: STR 18M,28D,38S,58U.

L.V main panel board checking.

Operation and maintenance work on MV fuse and fuse switch combination

(Vercors M6).

Distribution transformer insulation test,ratio test.

M.V and L.V Cable insulation test.

Transformer checking.

Checking Phase Rotation and phase sequence.

Planning of service job in co-ordination with regional manager, Preparing of quotations for parts, Top Overhauling, Major Overhauling, Radiator Cleaning, Calibration of Injectors and Pumps, Quotation for Installation and Commissioning, Earthing, and Local Solutions. Preparing all types of quotations of repairing, generator relating.

Monitoring Service Team for daily emergency calls, and keeping updated record for their daily service activities, meeting with customers and for their complaint solutions. Arranging MRs, attending any type of Customer, service related activities, parts inquiries.

Prepare Annual Maintenance Contracts. Preparing day to day job orders, completing them and forwarding to H.O for records. Manage for collecting technical data and record them, like commissioning, installations. Arrange Warranty cases etc.

Follow up daily customer calls, complaints, deliveries, invoice, services, AMC, s etc.

Arranging Gensets deliveries, foundation pad, commissioning, installation, earthing etc.

Follow up for their balance and advance payments.

Preparing Generators Sales Quotations from 17 kVA DG sets to 2500 kVA DG sets

Service and Maintenance of Diesel Genset (PERKINS) ranging from 30KVA- 500KVA.

June 2010- Aug 2010: IESCO 132 KV GRID STATION (TAXILA) DESIGNATION: Electrical Engineer (Trainee)

Responsibilities:

Correct Operation of 132KV & 11 KV Transmission lines and Power Transformer 26 MVA & 13 MVA (Step Down of 132 KVA line into 11 KVA)

Operation of 132KVA & 11 KVA Circuit Breaker including OCB, VCB,ACB and SF6.

Load Calculation of Different Feeders.
