6 month contract for Ford Motor Co. as Industrial engineer at Michigan Assembly Plant mid-cycle launch of Focus and C-Max. Responsibilities include MODapts time study, kitting studies, material flow and plant layout.
3 month contract for Ford Motor Co. as quality engineer at Michigan Assembly Plant investigating warrantee claims for Focus and C-Max.
6 month contract for Chrysler Corp. as Project Management of Line side Limo Project Management, design and build for the Jeep KL Launch at Toledo Assembly North.
2 month contract for Chrysler Corp. as BIW Facilities & Equipment Lead for the Jeep KL Launch at Toledo Assembly North.
17 month contract for Johnson Controls working as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer. Responsibilities included plant layout design, process development, material flow, manning, MODapts studies, ODS development, and PFMEA. Extensive use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and AutoCAD.
Programs included Ford, Nissan, Toyota, KIA, GM and Chrysler.
6 month contract for Navistar Engine Group in Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities include concept, design, fabrication follow up, run off, and production implementation of Error Proofing tools for the Caterpillar 15L engine assembly line. Extensive experience with AutoCAD.
