Title : Real Time Process Control System
DESCRIPTION : Remote Monitoring, Control and intelligence are the most important criteria for maximizing production and process plant availability. With the development of modern industry, the requirement for industrial monitoring system is getting higher. System is required to be able to acquire, save, analyze, and process real time data. Above advantages will be achieved by the substitution of embedded processor for single chip method to realize data acquisition and process control. This system measures the remote signals and controls the remote devices through reliable protocols such as Zigbee Transceivers and communication network as a server. Also addition of a GSM Mobile Communication will help to providing ubiquitous access to the system when web server is not available to client. The controller designed for our project “Real Time Process Control System “ can be used in various other instances where parameters like level and temperature are monitored and controlled. We have made a distributed controller system with microcontroller and the other computer has the set values with which they actually obtains values are compared. And Add-on alerts of SMS being continuously sent to the correspondent authorized person as soon as it exceeds the ideal operating range. The embedded system will be intelligent enough to start controlling by itself and it will also send SMS continuously to the Authority for remotely monitoring the status of process. In this way the system can be remotely monitored and controlled in Real Time environment.
