Smooth operation of MTS-810 (Material Test System) for the testing of the room Temperature Tensile Test, Vicker Hardness tester, impact test on -20 C, 0 C and 20 C as per the specification.

Classification of chemistry of raw material for finished product Usage and Approve rolling program.

Inspections and testing of rolled product Parallel flange Beam (254 to 1016 Depth), Column (203 to 356 Flange), Channel (200 to 430) and Sheet Pile (ESZ 18-630 ) to (ESZ 20-630).

Handling of precise instruments.

Cooling Bed Visual Inspection of product during process for prompt Coordination with production to minimize generation of secondary products according to Surface Quality Standard, Shape and Appearance.

Final Inspection in Finishing Line for Surface Quality, Straightness, Squareness and Product Stenciling and give timely feedback to Production for further adjustment.

Offline Inspection to check the Quality Parameters at Stock Yard Prior Finish Product Delivery.

Conduct Re-Inspection of Held Products e.g. GAG & Rework.

SAP & Level 2 Posting and Releasing of Finished Products.

Documentation and Maintaining Daily Summary Quality Report, Quality Check List, Shift Quality Status Update and Quality Re-Inspection Report.

Proper Identification on Held & Scrap Products for Traceability.

Attained Quality Customer complaint to resolved Quality issues for corrective and preventive action.

Review the dossier of fabrication and erection work of DRI plant.
