Managed and performed all construction administration paperwork for simultaneously ongoing multiple projects such as issuing payments, change orders, site visit reports, holdback release and statement of substantial completion.
Created project technical specifications in accordance to Ontario Building Code (OBC), Bill of Quantities, CCDCs and Addendums.
