1) Continue the working in the consultancy and training field for Lean, KAIZEN and Six sigma methodology, adding for that Lean and SS Company based customized trainings “Kaizen workshops-Green-Black” and many short and customized training (in house) at clients’ sites.

2) Mentoring trainees for assuring client’s benefit. 3) Assessing & coaching team capabilities.

Position: Supplier Quality Engineer (Sep2007- March2008) Job Description:

1) Directing suppliers to analyze problems in structured method through 5 whys methodology. 2) Responsible for some vehicle commodities from the quality perspective and also responsible for the supplier development and process improvement at the suppliers. 3) Establishing visual management and 5S concepts at the supplier premises. 4) Coaching and directing the suppliers to implement SFE “system for developing the shop floor and insuring the quality of the processes and accordingly the quality of the product. 5) Performing GM standards audits: Process Control Plan Audit & Shop Floor Excellence. 6) Guiding the supplier to the correct way to establish a process flow, PFMEA, and control plan for the current process according to the instruction of the AIAG for automotive industry. 7) Playing as a plant support inside GM regarding to the local parts Achievements:

1) Reduced warranty cost through collaboration among aftersales, quality & production departments.

2) Improved the process and checking fixture (MSA) for producing the cross beam for the TFR model which almost became as the imported one.

3) Solved the problem of the loss of the accelerator pedal washer by modifying the machining process to increase the depth of a washer location. 4) Modified the finishing process for a glass and the packing way at the supplier site to avoid the problem of glass broken during assembly due to initial cracks or scratches at the edges. ENGINE for Feeding Industry (www.inde.com.eg/): (6th of October, Egypt) Position: Quality Manager (January 2007 - August 2007) Job Description:

1) Planning for applying the QMS in the company (ISO/TS 16949). 2) Preparing the quality plan for all the products (Hood, Fenders, Assm. Radiator carrier, Back panel, panel floor and front Bumpers Painting) and monitoring the application of it in the workshop.

3) Applying the statistical techniques (SPC) to measure and evaluate the processes. 4) Preparing the monthly report for the KPI's of the manufacturing process (FTT, Rework, Scrap, Internal PPM, and External PPM) and data analysis (Pareto) for causes to present it to the Plant Manager.

5) Member in the PFMEA team to evaluate the processes and finding suggestion to reduce the RPN of the critical processes.

6) Member in the bids studying team.

7) Company representative at the GM Egypt for the technical issues. Achievements:

1) Established and passed the qualification assessment for the new Quality Management System

(ISO/TS 16949).

2) Established Quality control and customer complaint system. 3) Applied the SFE “GM system for the shop floor” and became Green supplier. 4) Finished technical document for all the products according to the APQP. 4) Assist in solving some problems in the manufacturing processes. 5) Following up the assembly processes of all units and trying to be a link between the production lines and the R&D Debt. To solve any assembly problems. 6) Receiving Quality Control Manager. Established a receiving quality department and also developed the local suppliers to find the local alternatives for the imported components since March, 2002 till Jan., 2006.

7) Responsible for preparing the company home standard which includes the all specification of all component used in our manufacturing process.

(about one month during year 2004.)
