Polk Correctional Institution - April 2015 to December 2015 The population included males between 21 to 80 years old that were convicted and sentenced to Department of Corrections. Duties include: treatment plans, individual counseling sessions, documentation, weekly treatment team meetings, suicide risk assessments, bio-psychosocial assessments, psychological emergencies, protective management assessments, intake screenings, monthly management meetings, and yearly training. I also provided sexual offender specific groups for inmates that were convicted of sexual offenses.
