Regular maintenance of forging dies and casting dies

On- line maintenance of tools during breakdown with minimal downtime.

Operating on conventional Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinding, Drilling and Jig Boring machines.

CNC machining of tool accessories.

Knowledge on automated press and coil feeder.

MIG welding, TIG welding and Arc welding of jobs.

All types of bench and fitting works.
