I work very closely with the owner of the company to monitor and support all daily activities for each of the 4 locations of the corporation. It is my responsibility to incorporate and insure JCAHO and HIPAA compliance throughout the corporation. I schedule all staff including reception, billing, warehouse and delivery technicians. The owner and I together make the decision on new hires for all locations. I schedule and instruct staff and compliance meetings. I was the original biller for this DME and Respiratory Pharmacy after it became too much for the owner to handle in addition to all of the other daily activities. This company grew very fast and eventually I was able to hire and train five billers under me. I only left because I remarried and relocated to Baldwin County. I left on good terms and gave a two month notice.
