Manager of In-Flight Service: Fifth year through seventh year. Managed training, dispatch scheduling and bidding, inventory of records for annual proficiency checks, attendance, vacations, maternity leave, personal issues, and disciplinary procedures for a hundred flight attendants. Coordinated with other department leads pertaining to planning, budgeting, hiring of personnel, etc.
Supervisor of In-Flight Services: During my third year through fourth year, I was promoted from line flight attendant to management. I assisted the Manager of In-Flight Services with time sheets, memos, training schedules, annual proficiency checks, and promotional events.
Line Flight Attendant: First three years of service, I worked numerous airplanes as the sole flight attendant serving 50 passengers per flight with safety instructions, in-flight care, luggage, ticket and connection questions, beverages, snacks, etc.
