Combined Efficiency (Project Pilot): Improvement of total plant efficiency. Increased from 81% to 90% in one year.

STAR (Project Pilot): Time-pillar KPI related to enhancing production synchronization and sequential flow. Managed to reduce in-process aging by average 32% through developing precise WIP control system; directly contributing to enhancing final product quality and reducing cost.

Contributed in achieving historical record of Sales volume in FY14 through flexible master planning and scheduling, close monitoring for all in-house operations. Achieving stretched production plans satisfying sales demand with end item, under strict condition of low parts stock.

Plant Ranking (Co-Pilot): Advancing Plant ranking amongst all of Renault-Nissan Alliance Global plants.

TOYOTA Motors Engineering Egypt (TMEE)

Designed a Standard layout for parts warehouse: reduced forklift line supply transportation and maneuvering time to almost half. Enhanced modules' stacking which resulted in reducing parts damages due to bad storage by 70%.

Functions performed included:

-Generate local suppliers' delivery schedules, maintaining standard stock level.

-Inventory control for 6 overseas and 12 local parts' supplier.
