1. In 2004-2007, At Fortis Hospital-Mohali, have been participated for Joint Commission International Accreditation and done all requisite documentation of Lab Medicine & Radiology.

2. In 2007-2008, At Max Hospital, participated for ISO 9001; 14001 and NABH.

3. In 2008-2009, At PSRI Hospital, there was no existence of Biomedical Department, Established fully fledged Biomedical Engineering Setup and participated for NABH accreditation.

4. In 2009-2011, At Alchemist Hospital, the hospital was recently acquired by Alchemist Group. I have been given responsibility for establishing Biomedical Engineering as well as Utility department and stream lined the process as per NABH.

5. In 2011-2013, At Arjo Huntleigh, I have been given responsibility of rental business in new Territory of company .Keeping in view, I have taped the market and Established Disinfection/Supply Chain Depot, and enhanced bottom line of company and managed manpower with respect to functional activities related to Delivery of Materials/disinfection of PAC/IPC equipments. Also Got done sale tax no. and service tax no. of Company in Punjab.
