Recruitment

Responsible for providing the required Manpower to the respective Businesses as per the Annual Operating Plan.

Participate and contribute to the manpower planning process for primary and secondary Manpower

Prepare the KRA and JD in coordination with respective Heads.

Salary Negotiation

Conduct structured on boarding program for the employees who have recently joined the organization

Imparting the new recruits induction training & making new employee's familiar with company's and personnel & HR relevant issues.

Induction, Training and Performance Appraisal

Giving an Induction to the new employee

Coordinating training programs for the employee with the trainers for Technical and Behavioral Skills

Conducting Internal Training.

Coordinating with the senior for Performance Appraisal of the employee for Mid and Final Term.

Complete the Training need Analysis with Line Managers according to the review of Performance Management

SAP HCM

Payroll Interface Liaison – Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate interface information is provided and ensure testing / compliance is completed in a timely manner.

Blueprinting Documentation – Ensure the timely completion of blueprint documents which outline the specific system configuration requirements for SAP based on statutory requirements

Data Migration – Lead the migration of legacy data to the SAP system to organize data within SAP standards, liaise with corporate team to ensure timely upload of the data.

Testing, Validating, Auditing and Updating employee details in SAP.

Salary Structuring and Survey

Coordinating with the Survey agencies for the Benchmarking reports and discuss the same with Head and Management Team.

Prepare the Salary Structure in accordance with the Taxation limits.
