Auxiliary Communications Service - Amateur Radio for Emergency Services Fayette County Emergency Management Agency - 2006 to Present Duties include training my group in preparedness for large scale emergencies: National Incident Management System (NIMS), Incident Command System (ICS), various modes and radio methodology. Training also includes Skywarn, which is the National Weather Service trained weather observer program. This organization holds many drills with various public safety organizations, and operates alongside other similar organizations throughout Pennsylvania.
