Directed all field maintenance and installation operations for North America with 9 employees. Managed an annual budget of $1 Million with full P&L responsibility. Directed all field maintenance and installation operations for North America with 12 employees with responsibility for both electrical and mechanical field repairs and installation. Managed an annual budget of $3 Million with full P&L responsibility.

Opened new field support repair office in India managing all repair centers in Russia, India, China, Canada, and US with 10 repair employees, $1 Million in billable repair costs, and $100K annual profit.

Managed 210 global client equipment installations and startups contracts, for systems ranging from $2 Million to $60 Million. Administered $14 Million warranty repair account and warranty service costs for 210 clients through warranty periods for all field acquisition systems and equipment.

Spearheaded savings of $500K in 1st year of use by managing special $100K engineering project to interface new tape drive to Veritasdgc marine recording system.
