Skills and Experience
Management
Being able to work with people in a store and dividing an even work load for all workers, including myself, in order to promote fairness and productivity. Along came the ability to understand the different needs and skills that others has that assigns them to a specific role to which their skills can best be attributed to and the ability to create opportunities to learn and adapt other skills.
Socialisation
Experience in University along with my course in Social Science allows me to be multi-social and open to any form of conversation. I can easily adapt to a conversation and allow myself to regulate an argument to have a specific outcome that would be beneficial for both/all parties. Work as both a barman and waiter has allowed for this trait to be both applied and practised. Ethics
Through my side course, I adapted the ability to critically assess a situation and how to handle that situation with the correct mind set. I learned what it means to have ethical conduct in a work environment and what the moral virtues of ethics and justice are.
