All aspects relating to the property development industry including Property Tax Management, HOA Management, Entitlement support, Legal support, Front Desk support and assisting various departments administratively as needed. Responsible for HOA Board Architectural Review Board approvals/denials, reviewing plans and inspecting subdivisions for violations. Assisted with meeting contractors regarding common area maintenance issues. I was solely responsible for initially setting up all (50-75) of the Property Tax data bases and adding/closing project accounts as they were acquired and sold. I was responsible for protesting and representing the company before the Appraisal Districts and negotiating appraised values for all properties. The main goal was to have real property appraised at the least amount possible for the longest amount of time to maintain the lowest appraised dollar amount per acre. I also drafted and negotiated Agricultural Land Leases for all of the land. I was responsible for assisting the VP of Development with various entitlement issues with City Planning and Zoning departments as well as development issues regarding Municipal Utility Districts, etc. Supported the Marketing department with events associated with the company’s not for profit organization Operation Forever Free. Administrative duties including but not limited to assisting with fund raising events like golf tournaments, 10K runs, home dedications. Read plats, inventory control, written and verbal skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Land Vision Aerial, various office machines like copiers, printers, PBX phone systems, HP1100 platting/scanner and coffee makers. I have also know how to put together office furniture and fix copiers with a toothpick!
