On my previous job, my key roles were interact with patient through phone or meet the person concerned and help with the problems. These problems are related to test method, the name of product used, the approximate time of the test result release and the price of the test. I’m able to perform full range of manual and automated test procedures across multiple laboratory departments, including Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Serology and Cytology.

Assisting the Ultrasonographer to update the ART register.
Perform all Andrology procedures including semen analysis, IUI sperm preparation and cryopreservation of sperm.
