Having 6+ years of experience in Conventional UT, Advanced NDT techniques like PAUT,HTPAUT, TOFD, AUT-Corrosion Mapping, EMAT(MRUT), Acoustic Emission(Valve leak testing) in both onshore and offshore facilities with equal & unequal thicknesses, Testing of materials such as Carbon Steel & its alloys, Inconel 6625,SS etc…. in different industry like Petrochemicals, Refineries, Power plants, Structural etc.
In-service Phased Array Ultrasonic’s & TOFD for SCC on the material specified of thickness 106.5mm and Sizing of cracks was done by TIP DIFFRACTION METHOD. Thickness and Dia handled For PIPING : Max 48” dia. & 65mm thick.
Min 1” dia & 4.5mm thick.
For Vessels & Reactors: 118 & 146mm thick.
Conducting PAUT of reformer tubes –thk-5mm with COBRA SCANNER. PAUT for the structural welds(T-joints).
High Temperature PAUT up to 350 Degree celcius,by Thermal 700 scanner. Fully familiar with the code ASME B31.3 CODE CASE 181. Corrosion mapping using TD-FOCUS by MAGMAN SCANER as well as with Thermal-700. Making Advanced UT ( PAUT, TOFD, AUT ) technical procedures as per the project scope requirements.
Demonstrating procedures on qualification blocks made as per the code cases and code requirements. Directing and training to trainees in conventional and advanced techniques in classroom and on the job. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

PAUT/Corrosion Mapping/TOFD/UT:
Processing, inspecting, and evaluating surface and subsurface discontinuities using Non Destructive Testing Process of Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing and TOFD.
Highly experienced on Piping and reactors.
Conversant with use of Advanced UT electronics such as OMNISCAN MX/MX2,TD-Focus scan, Focus LT, Manual and Automated Scanners, devices, software’s and accessories used in inspection.
