Costing :

Ensure product cost scrutiny, monthly review production performance Vs standard, Analyzing variance.

Analyzing efficiency & effectiveness of using factory resources in term of capacity utilization of machinery, labors and material consumption.

Monitor, assess and amend the company’s internal controls system for production and supporting departments.

Improving functional processes for scrap production.

Monthly closing activities, journal entries, reconciling FI with CO and making sure no pending.

Ensure appropriate purchase prices with desired quality.

Participate in new projects studies and plans.

Review and study production process to assign weaknesses and implement cost reduction plans.

Controlling inventory stock levels, periodic inventory counting, non-moving tracking and inventory aging.

Spare parts inventory levels tracking and scrap stock levels.

Manufacturing reports: Expenses analysis in comparison with budget and actual production, capacity utilization with actual production, Overtime usage, indirect cogs expenses.

Sales reports: Sales volume & quantity achievement Vs budget, customer’s bonus & discounts, gross margin and contribution margin per product, segment and division, sales commission.

Material reports: commodities prices trends LME, material usage, spare part availability.

Liquidity and profitability quarterly analysis.

Budgeting :

Using templates to analyze budget patterns, project (CAPEX) expenditures, review budget justification, providing the final one.

Machine rate & manpower rate preparation for the future product costing.

Analyzing and reviewing, economic and financial status of the company in accordance with company goals, providing required information and recommendation for decision making.

Review budget requests from senior management to determine areas to reduce and expand.

A/R & GL :

Reconciling sub-ledgers with GL, checking month end journal entries and expenses allocation.

Assuring accurate invoicing process, supervising credit limit for customers, A/R aging.

Monitoring accrual and provision balances.
