Database Maintenance: Solely responsible for the population and maintenance of several databases as well as the regular generation of comprehensive reports reflecting their information

Software Development: Responsible for the development and implementation of solutions that utilize client and server side programming to keep the program as streamlined and convenient as possible for staff members.

Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance of computer and server hardware, regular updating of software, performing routine server backups and ensure data integrity and security.

Troubleshooting: Responsible for assisting fellow staff with any problems they may encounter and training new staff members on how to utilize technology as well as quickly addressing any malfunctioning hardware to avoid interruptions or inconveniences
