I began my employment as an Administrative Assistant. I quickly was promoted to the Assistant Project Manager. My duties of taking a project from beginning to end include but are not limited to: Maintaining all required information within the scope of Job and Cost Summaries; Ordering of job materials while negotiating vendor cost; Receiving, labeling, and placement of all materials on a job per job basis; maintaining all applicable paperwork to include scheduling and maintaining the itineraries of each installer.

During my employment at Mr. Transmission, I answered all incoming calls, forwarding them on to the appropriate area; I organized and invoiced all accounts payable; I assisted all customers with providing quotes of cost of repairs, accepting payments for services, etc. I also maintained a nice and clean environment for walk-in customers.

I began my employment with CSL Plasma as my first position after receiving my Phlebotomy Certification. My duties consisted of the following: Extensive clerical duties that included the input of confidential data of each plasma donor; assisting in the determination of the suitability of donors that underwent plasmapheresis; responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions in accordance with guidelines; monitoring equipment calibration to ensure stability of the product; building rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction with the center to support long-term donation; assisting our on-staff nurses with vital stats and more.
